What is PupFresh?
PupFresh is our signature finishing touch applied after every scoop. It’s a light deodorizing spray made with an EPA-registered formula trusted by vets, shelters, and grooming professionals. Safe for pets and paws, it adds a boost of freshness and is always included at no extra cost.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. There are no long-term contracts. You agree to our service policy and can cancel anytime.
How do I pay?
All services are prepaid monthly. We accept major debit and credit cards.
Do I need to be home during service?
Nope. As long as we can safely access your yard and your pets are inside, we will scoop and go. We will send you a gate photo to confirm service completion.
Can my pets be outside during service?
For safety and liability reasons, all pets must be indoors during service. We promise to be quick and respectful of your space.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Each prepaid visit includes one reschedule within 14 days. Just give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Schedule permitting, we will do our best to accommodate you.
What happens if I cancel or reschedule too late?
If we receive less than 24 hours’ notice, we may not be able to reschedule that visit. If our schedule allows, we will try to visit later that week. If not, we will double scoop at your next service.
What if the weather is bad?
We work in light rain, but we do not scoop in heavy rain, lightning, or unsafe conditions. In those cases, we will try to reschedule within the same week. If not possible, we will double scoop the following visit. No refunds are issued due to weather.
What is considered a lapse in service?
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. We offer 10% off monthly plans for teachers, healthcare workers, and military families. Just show a work or facility ID once.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes. Share the scoop and get rewarded. Your friend gets $25 off their first service. You get $25 off your next invoice once their service is completed. They must mention your name when signing up. One reward per referral.
Can discounts be combined?
We do not stack discounts. If you qualify for more than one, we will apply the best one.
